Services
BrightSite USA provides website design, website maintenance, hosting coordination, domain setup, SSL setup, and related digital services for small businesses. The exact scope is defined in the proposal, invoice, email agreement, or project brief for each customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, approved content, images, login access when needed, and any legally required disclosures for their own business or industry.
Project timing
Project timelines depend on prompt customer feedback, content delivery, revision requests, and technical access. Delays in customer responses may delay launch.
Payments
Fees are due according to the invoice or checkout terms presented at purchase. Some third-party fees, renewals, add-ons, or custom requests may require separate approval and payment.
Intellectual property
After full payment, customers may use the final approved website design and delivered content for their business. BrightSite USA may retain rights to reusable tools, templates, workflows, code patterns, and internal processes used to produce the work.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, or security-compromising activity. We may refuse or suspend work that creates legal, operational, or reputational risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightSite USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit, or business-interruption damages.
